Can you meet a 24 hour deadline?
Yes we can. However to ensure that we are able to meet your requirements, it is best that you inform us in advance that you will be submitting a piece requiring a 24 hour turnaround. This allows us to ensure that the most appropriate adviser is ready to receive your work.

There is an additional fee for 24 hour turnarounds which will be confirmed when we receive your work.

Do you edit documents in LaTex format?
Yes we do. There is not an additional charge for documents submitted in LaTex

Do you guarantee that my work will be accepted?
We are unable to guarantee that your work will pass or be accepted as this is solely due to the content. However, we guarantee that your work will not fail due to the quality of language.

How can I ensure the privacy of my work?
As scientists ourselves, we understand the concern regarding confidentiality and privacy of your work. SciEdit operates to a strict confidentiality framework and your work will be deleted from our systems once the proofread is complete.

What if I’m not happy with the proofread?
SciEdit operates to the highest standard of quality and efficiency. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your proofread, please contact us immediately. Complaints will be dealt with promptly and professionally.

If I submit a paper for proofreading, does this count as plagiairism?
No. SciEdit will be ensuring the written quality of your work, not the content itself. This does not contravene rules regarding plagiarism.
